New Problem
I have a new problem. This problem makes my work a bit more challenging. It makes my learning curve at this new place a bit slower... Whenever I try to focus on my job, this "person" disturbs me.... Its driving me nuts... I just can't find a solution yet on how to deal with this new "problem"..... I call it my newest "enemy"....

It's how you define "problem". In what ways does this person disturb you?
Be more specific so that "we" can all chip in to give you our 2-cent worth of advise to help you kick off and slide through that learning curve faster.

How powerful or influential is this "enemy"? Is it fighting against Goliath?
Need to identify the strategy to handle your "enemy". Or perhaps get your friendly associates to help to dispose the "enemy".
