Sadness in Qana, Lebanon...

My heart is crying for this man..... To lose a child is the worst thing that can happen to a parent... Such senseless killing..... Estimates say 57 lives were lost, 34 children...

I can't imagine the sorrow... Even thinking about it makes my heart weep....

How can the world watch and let this happen and do nothing?

May God grant strength to the Lebanese people.....

I look away whenever they show these images on TV. It's too painful to watch.

I hope and pray, all these violence and war will end soon.
Amin.

The Middle East Crisis is not going to end soon because the root cause of the problem is religion.

As I see it:
Jews are arrogant people because they are called the 'chosen people' by God. Because of this, they believe they have the power to do almost anything and get away with it scot free.

Christians believe this too because Jesus is a Jew. Therefore, they (primarily Bush, who claims to be a reborn Christian & Americans) take the side of the Zionist regime because they want to be good Christians.

Muslims were told in the Quran that Jews were the chosen people who turned arrogant and turned against and killed their own prophets. They are called the transgressors who will face the wrath of God in this life and the next.

For me a lasting peace is almost impossible there. We can only hope for a cease fire so that innocent lives would not be lost.

These are my personal views...

Ayu & Lanie, tq 4 d'comments. I simply can't bear watching the images of Israeli's aggression and murder. It pains me, as a father of small kids, to see small children die senselessly. When will the world realise that they need to act rather than pay lip service by offering meaningless sympathies and sorries?
